Please Wait While iTunes is Started

In very rare cases Easy Phone Sync can get stuck in the “Please Wait While iTunes is Started” state. This means that iTunes is not responding to other applications. This can usually be fixed by doing the following:
1) Close Easy Phone Sync on your PC
2) Right click on the Easy Phone Sync icon
3) Select the “Run as Administrator” option
If this does not fix the issue then you may need to uninstall iTunes from your PC, download the latest version and then reinstall it.
